  • Account Information: Username, email address, Mobile Money phone number, and encrypted password.
  • Authentication Data: SMS OTP codes and email verification tokens.
  • Transaction Records: Deposit, withdrawal, and wallet transaction references (we do not store mobile money PINs).
  • Device & Usage Logs: IP address, device model, operating system, and login session identifiers.

3. Google User Data & OAuth Authentication

When you sign in or register using Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0), we access only the basic profile scope provided by Google:

  • Your primary Google email address (used for account identification).
  • Your full name / profile name (used to populate your display username).
  • Your Google profile picture URL (optional avatar display).
Google Limited Use Commitment: CASHPAND strictly adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used solely to authenticate your identity and provide core platform account functionality. We do NOT use Google user data for advertising, marketing, or sale to third parties.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for legitimate operational purposes:

  • Account creation, login verification, and security enforcement.
  • Processing deposits, payouts, and wallet balance adjustments.
  • Sending transactional security notifications (OTP, deposit confirmations, password resets).
  • Preventing fraud, duplicate accounts, and unauthorized access.
  • Responding to customer service inquiries and support callback requests.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Payment Gateways: Mobile Money providers (e.g. MTN, Airtel) to execute deposit collections and withdrawal payouts.
