How to Request a Payout

Open Wallet
Sign in and open your Wallet from the navigation bar.

Choose Withdraw
Select "Withdraw" and enter your payout amount. The minimum withdrawal is 3,000 UGX.

Enter Mobile Money number
Provide the MTN or Airtel Money number that should receive the funds.

Confirm with the SMS code
We send a one-time code to your registered phone. Enter it to authorise the payout — this protects your balance if someone else gains access to your account.

Receive funds
Approved payouts are sent to your Mobile Money wallet. Most arrive within minutes; if the network is congested it can take longer, and you can re-check the status from your transaction list.
